Shipping Policy
All our products are shipped door to door from our warehouse in Jaipur,
Rajasthan to your provided shipping address via courier.
Domestic orders:
1. Delivery Time:
- Processing an order takes 4 working days and delivery takes 4 -7 Working days nationwide.
2. Delivery Charges:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders across India (Zone In-Reach only).
Tracking Orders
- You may track your package at any given point in time.
- As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email.
- In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 4 days of placing an order please contact us at info@taabartoli.com
Out of Reach:
- We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances, we will inform you within 3 working days. You will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address which is not in an ODZ.
Delays in Shipping:
- Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons. (Refer ‘Event Beyond Our Control ‘ )
Cancellation of Order Due To Delivery
- Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.
Returns policy for confirmed orders
All orders once confirmed are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns are not entertained for reasons that involve color, material of product, change in mind or longer than expected delivery.
We take extreme measures to ensure that what we deliver is what we promise, but if at any unfortunate incident you happen to receive a wrong or damaged product, the same can be returned or replaced as per requirement.
You can follow the following steps to initiate return requests during if you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Initiating Return Request
- Contact us via email (info@taabartoli.com") within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Kindly note to provide us with your order number, image of the product received and a small description of the issue (damaged or wrong product received) in the mail.
- Kindly make sure to keep the original invoices and tags. If you fail to provide the same at the time of pick up, the return will be cancelled.
- We will get back to you with the details of return within 1-2 business days.
The process of the pick-up for the return order will be:
- Pick up is offered to most PIN codes, depending on locality and serviceability of pick-up agents. We will attempt for pick up twice, if even the second attempt was not successful, you will have to ship the product back to us.
- If your PIN code happen to be under the ones where we will not be able assign pick up agents, you will have to self-courier the product back to us, the courier charges will be refunded to you.If you are looking for bracelet. Exchange or Refund policy
Once we receive the returned product, out Quality Control team will forgo a quality check on the product and then the refund or exchange will be initiated as per policy given below:
- Refund: After the validation from the Quality Control team, refund of the product will be provided only if there were any manufacturing defects on the product. In such cases the buyer can opt for refund or replacement of the product. Refund is only in case for damaged products.
- Exchange: If we do not find any damage on the returned product, but it was a case of a wrong product being delivered, there will be no refund, but we can offer to exchange/replace the product.
